Feed Health
Manage Products shows every product across your active feeds, its status on Google and what to do about each issue.
Statuses
Section titled “Statuses”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Synced | Google approved the product and it can show. |
| Pending | Submitted and waiting for Google’s review. This can take from a few minutes to a few hours — it isn’t an error. |
| Warning | The product can show, but Google flagged something to improve. |
| Demoted | The product shows less often until the issue is fixed. |
| Disapproved | The product can’t show on Google. Feeden holds it back from the feed until it’s fixed. |
Use the tabs to filter by status, and All feeds to look at one feed at a time.
Fixing issues
Section titled “Fixing issues”- Fix & Resync — open the product, fix the cause and push it to Google again.
- Bulk edit — set a new value on many products at once.
- Export CSV / Import CSV — fix values in a spreadsheet and bring them back.
Most issues are fixed in Shopify (product data) or in Merchant Center (account settings such as shipping or website verification). See Troubleshooting for the common ones.
